The Role:
The Software Dev Lead will be pivotal in driving the end-to-end development of high-quality software solutions. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers, mentor and inspire them, and ensure delivery of robust, efficient, and well-architected software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers, promoting code quality, reuse, and best practices.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle, from design through delivery and support.
- Recommend and implement technologies and processes to solve complex problems.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Integrate cyber security principles across development and delivery processes.
- Lead technical reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Software Engineering Leading
- Tech skills: Java, Wildfly, REST, GraphQL, Typescript, Vue, Docker, AWS, and Terraform.
- Proven ability to define, refine, and deliver project requirements and specifications.
- Strong history of collaboration and fostering great ideas.
- Expertise in process management and delivering software efficiently.
- Track record of successfully taking products from concept to production and ongoing support.
Salary: $120k - $170k + Super
Location: Adelaide Based - Hybrid working
