A high-growth global fintech is looking for a Senior FX Sales
professional to drive new business across the Melbourne market. This is a pure hunter role focused on winning mid-market clients and expanding FX, payments, and treasury solutions.

The Role
• Originate new business targeting mid-market organisations
• Build and execute independent prospecting campaigns
• Cross-sell FX, lending, cash management, hedging and payments solutions
• Understand client strategy and tailor financial solutions accordingly
• Conduct client meetings and market-facing discussions
• Expand existing relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with leadership and product teams to shape offerings
• Maintain strong client servicing and CRM reporting
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in a hunter/acquisition role
• Experience in FX, payments, fintech, or financial services preferred
• Background selling to mid-sized corporates
• Strong local market knowledge and professional network
• Track record exceeding revenue targets
• Comfortable with proactive outbound sales approach
• Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial mindset with analytical thinking
