We’re searching for an experienced Python Developer to join a growing engineering team building secure, scalable, and modern applications that genuinely make an impact.
✨ What You’ll Be Working On
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).
- Building high-quality, production-ready systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborating with frontend engineers working in React/TypeScript to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
- Designing and optimising relational data models and queries, primarily using PostgreSQL.
- Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, testing, and documentation workflows.
- Contributing to best practices across version control, CI/CD, testing, and secure coding standards.
đź’ˇ What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python for backend application development.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Exposure to modern frontend technologies (React/TypeScript) is essential.
- Familiarity with containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Practical experience using AI development tools (Copilot, OpenAI-assisted workflows, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

$116,000 – $130,000 + Super
