Implementation Consultant | Remote New Zealand
We're partnering with a profitable and growing global SaaS company looking to add an Implementation Consultant to their customer-facing team.
This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in New Zealand.
The position sits at the intersection of implementation, customer success, onboarding and technical consulting.
You will own customer implementations, help clients configure workflows, manage adoption, provide ongoing guidance and ensure customers realise value from the platform.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading customer onboarding and implementation projects
• Configuring workflows and platform functionality
• Acting as the day-to-day technical contact for customers
• Supporting user adoption and long-term platform success
• Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Sales teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes
• Managing a portfolio of customers through implementation and beyond

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience within a SaaS/software company
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working with software implementations, onboarding or customer success
• Comfortable learning new technologies and configuring software platforms
• Organised and detail oriented
Package:
• Approximately NZD $110,000 base
• Bonus structure
