We’re working with a specialist ERP consultancy that has built a strong reputation delivering Sage X3 transformations across Australia’s mid-market and enterprise space.
With a growing pipeline of projects already locked in, they’re looking to bring on experienced Sage X3 Functional Consultants who want to be hands-on in delivery, not stuck in support-heavy or stagnant environments.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role across full lifecycle Sage X3 implementations, partnering closely with clients to shape, configure and deliver solutions that actually land.
- Lead workshops to understand and challenge business processes
- Configure and implement Sage X3 across Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing
- Translate requirements into clear functional designs
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations and customisations
- Own UAT cycles, training, and go-live delivery
- Support clients post-implementation with continuous improvement
- Strong pipeline of new implementations (not just BAU/support)
- Exposure to complex, multi-entity environments
- Tight-knit consulting team with real X3 expertise (not generalists)
- Direct client engagement, you’ll have influence, not just deliver tasks
- Proven experience delivering Sage X3 ERP projects (this is non-negotiable)
- Functional expertise in Finance, Distribution or Manufacturing modules
- Strong consulting mindset able to push back, guide, and add value
- Experience across full project lifecycle (design → go-live)
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels
