Our client, a leader in the supply chain sector, seek a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing ANZ sales team. What You'll Do:
- Prospecting through a variety of methods which will include cold calling, cold emailing, responding to leads from events and qualifying inbound leads.
- Follow up on marketing campaign responses.
- Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and support sales presentations
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to devise recruitment strategies.
- Research trends, identify new prospects, and build lasting connections.
Qualifications You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Knowledge of supply chain solutions such as WMS, TMS or ERP will be seen favourably.
- Previously sold to retail, whole, manufacturing or transportation would be advantageous.
- Experience with CRM tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, MS CRM)
- Use of prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Exceptional communication & time management skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
Salary:
Up to $75k base + Super + bonus
OTE of $120k and uncapped commission
**Must be an Australian Citizen or hold PR in Australia to be eligible for this role**
