The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established digital engineering and manufacturing solutions provider (30+ years in market, 100+ staff) as they launch a new MRP solution purpose-built for the ANZ manufacturing sector.
This is a rare “first on the ground” opportunity owning the go-to-market for a new product with significant investment behind it, live pipeline from day one, and strong inbound demand already building.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of building pipeline, converting inbound demand, and landing new logos across the SME manufacturing space—before expanding into enterprise and adjacent sectors.
- Drive new business across ANZ manufacturing
- Run full-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Engage with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Operations leaders
- Diagnose challenges across supply chain, production, inventory, and planning
- Position a value-led, solution-based offering (MRP + ERP integrations + services)
- Build and execute territory and pursuit strategies
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical specialists to close deals
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years selling ERP / MRP / manufacturing software solutions
- Strong new business hunter mentality
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Commercially sharp comfortable building ROI-led business cases
- Experience selling into manufacturing, supply chain, or operations teams
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.) is a plus
