The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 50–100 existing customers, focusing on both retention and growth. This is a commercially focused account management role where you’ll be working directly with business owners and key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contract renewals end-to-end
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring clients are achieving maximum value from the platform
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in tech sales (SDR/BDR ready to step up or junior AE/AM)
- Exposure to NetSuite, ERP, or broader business applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Package
- $100K base + $150K OTE
- Typical deal size: $25K–$30K
