The business is evolving from transactional software sales into a broader consultative solutions model covering:
- Engineering software
- Simulation technologies
- Consulting services
- Training and workflow solutions
This role will suit somebody with experience across:
- Manufacturing sales
- Industrial automation
- Engineering solutions
- CAD / PLM / technical software
- Machinery or industrial equipment
The role involves:
- Managing strategic customer relationships
- Expanding wallet share across multiple solution areas
- Working closely with engineering and operational stakeholders
- Identifying workflow and operational improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong relationship management capability
- Ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong base salary - $100K + Super
- Car allowance - $12.5k
