Lucas Nolan is a Practice Lead at Kaliba, specialising in Go-To-Market recruitment across CX & Marketing Technology and Application Software, supporting organisations across Australia and internationally across APJ.
With over a decade of 360-degree recruitment experience across multiple markets, Lucas partners closely with founders, executives and commercial leaders to build revenue-driving sales teams that scale with intent. His approach is highly consultative and commercially focused, underpinned by a strong understanding of how the right GTM talent directly impacts growth, performance and culture.
At Kaliba, Lucas recruits across the full GTM spectrum, from SDRs and BDMs through to senior sales leadership and executive appointments. He has a proven track record of supporting early-stage businesses making their first commercial hires, as well as established technology organisations strengthening leadership capability to execute and scale their go-to-market strategies.
Lucas is known for his direct, no-nonsense communication style and calm, unflappable approach. Rather than operating transactionally, he builds long-term partnerships and acts as a strategic advisor and extension of leadership teams, focused on delivering quality hires with lasting impact.
Before entering recruitment, Lucas spent several years in yachting, working on some of the world’s largest superyachts and delivering vessels across South East Asia. Those experiences shaped his resilience, perspective and ability to perform under pressure. Originally from Manchester, England, Lucas now balances recruitment life with family, golf, cycling and the occasional fishing trip.
