Greg has been working within the IT Vendor Executive Search sector for the last 12 years. He co-founded Kaliba with James in 2016, and together they have championed a search process that has helped put Kaliba at the forefront of the APAC market within the sector.
 
Greg’s innate ability to forge and develop strong, robust relationships has enabled him to successfully place VPs, Country Managers, Sales Directors, SE Directors, Pre Sales & Technical Talent with some of the world’s leading technology vendors.
 
Greg’s unique approach enables him to truly put the customer first, remove the rhetoric and take a true no-nonsense approach to search. He takes a genuine interest in all of his candidates and clients and invests time to get to know them individually and help shape their careers.
 
Outside of all the recruiting fun, Greg shares a keen interest in sport, including supporting the bombers in the AFL, and thoroughly enjoys watching cricket when the summer comes around. He is also a keen golfer - a game he says he seems to never improve at but enjoys regardless.
 
Greg commenced his executive search and recruitment career back in 2009. He is a tech sector recruitment specialist with over 12 years of dedicated IT vendor experience, during which time he has strategically and successfully helped to build a number of high-performing teams throughout APAC.
 
In 2016, he co-founded Kaliba with James Kennedy and together they have forged a search process that has positioned Kaliba as IT vendor recruitment sector experts across APAC. Greg’s unique approach is to build and develop a close collaboration with clients, where he strategically works with them on each individual requirement; creating a tailored strategy to achieve ultimate success. In turn, this has enabled him to build robust, successful long term partnerships with globally recognised tech vendors and future leaders in the tech marketplace as they build out their journey.

Greg specialises in partnering with vendors largely in the Cyber Security space, where he has had considerable success. He also partners with market leaders and disruptive vendors across the IT Vendor landscape, where he has truly excelled as a result of the relationships he has formed by placing roles such as VPs, Country Managers, Sales Directors, SE Directors, Pre Sales & technical talent.
