- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients via telephone, email, and web conferencing.
- Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies in the financial and payment space and the underlying technologies.
- Research and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries.
- Update and work assigned cases in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
- Contribute to documentation
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of technical support/software development experience in a role where problem resolution skills were required.
- Some programming knowledge highly desirable (Java, HTML, PHP, Python etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree is desired.
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction rating in customer or technical service role
- Good communication skills essential
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- $60 000 - $80 000 base + Super + Share options + Other great benefits!
