About The Role:
- Providing product support to clients through email, live chat, inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolving a high-volume of customer issues.
- Proactively seek solutions around platform management, platform issues and customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Continuous education and improvement around the solution.
- Experience support SaaS platform.
- Experienced supporting clients externally.
- Motived, eager learner and natural problem-solver.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Experience with “live chat” support a plus.
- Package can range from $70000-80000 Base + Super + fantastic company benefits
