Role & Responsibilities
- Post-sales activities: product implementations, training, documentation, support, and delivery.
- Positively represent the company in all customer interactions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues for customers in the region.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the business to ensure the customers’ needs are met.
- Conduct training sessions with new and renewing customers.
- Continually maintain up to date product knowledge so you can advise customers on best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with SaaS product is highly advantageous
- Experience working in a similar role – Post sales, Professional Services, Consultant, Implementation, Support etc.
- Exposure working in a client facing role and you need to be confident presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be a team player
Up to 100-115k base + super + 20-25% bonus for the role.
