This is an exciting opportunity as they are growing their engineering team and require a Senior UI/UX Designer in the Melbourne office. They are forward thinking innovators who are looking for likeminded individuals to help grow their business!
Qualifications & experience
5+ years of working experience in a similar Front End UI/UX Designer role
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (or related)
Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies such as React or Angular, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5
Extensive experience in UI/UX design, mapping out exceptional customer journey
Experience in mobile development would be advantageous but not necessary, whether that would be native or hybrid.
Strong understanding of Azure and Microservices architecture highly desirable
Gambling Industry Experience (desired but not required)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to work in Australia (VISA)
Tasks & responsibilities
Responsible for creating a brand-new user experience for new products they are developing but also revamping their existing solutions.
Supporting the front-end development team from a UI/UX perspective
Utilise best practice development techniques, design patterns and state of the art architecture to constantly evolve the company’s software capabilities to offer them a competitive edge.
