Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of the brand when prospecting potential clients.
- Management of the pipeline through inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Build relationships with business prospects through analysing pain points and scheduling meetings for your team.
- Conduct market research and understand the competitive landscape of the organisation's products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1- 2 years of Business development and lead generation experience is required.
- Experience of selling within the SaaS/IT industry is desired.
- Excellent communication and objection handling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Ability to work cohesively within an ambitious sales team.
- Positive and determined mindset to exceed sales quotas.
- $60-$70k base / $100-$110k OTE + Super + Other great benefits!
