Some key role responsibilities include...
No two days look the same in recruitment but these are the key things you’ll be doing on a regular basis as part of your role to manage and expand our new & existing accounts, and support the Directors in driving net new revenue into the business by sourcing and screening top talent.
Your main areas of focus will be:
- Market mapping and identify high growth prospects.
- Driving net new revenue from designated/ key/ named accounts.
- Proactive outreach to prospects
- Achieving agreed revenue/ quota targets
- Building a social media presence in assigned niche area to maximize market share.
- Development and maintenance of relevant industry contacts
- Sourcing and screening “A” grade candidates
- Conducting thorough reference checks
- Writing job advertisements
- Pipeline management and detailed interview preparation to candidates and clients alike
- Supporting Directors with bulk sourcing assignments
- Attending client visits
- Ad Hoc tasks as required.
- Continuous learning, training and development.
