Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and coordination for Legal, Support, Technical, Finance and Customer Experience teams.
- Help internal and external stakeholders throughout the renewal process.
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- General reporting, licensing and invoicing.
- Utilizing the Salesforce platform.
- Customer service experience within a corporate environment.
- Customer Experience and Stakeholder management experience.
- Self-motived, team-oriented and proactive.
- Upselling, cross-selling and renewal experience a bonus.
- Salesforce experience a bonus.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Package is up to $75k base + Super for the right candidate. Salary is dependent on level of experience.
