Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate project delivery by undertaking design reviews to demonstrate project designs and efficient proposed solutions.
- Construct and document systems and processes.
- Work cohesively with internal teams and communicate business analytics from the conception to the implementation stage of the project.
- Work with both technology and business stakeholders to help contribute to the resolution of identified defects.
- Contribute frequently within workshops to design and configure business requirements.
- Step by step involvement with key stakeholders to facilitate the project becoming operational as well as the transition of the solution.
Skills & Experience Required
- Understanding of contact centre environments and technologies is desired.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business analyst role or similar.
- Knowledge of Genesys/Amazon Connect/Verint/Workforce Management tools will be advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL concepts and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and intuitive thinker.
- Work cohesively within a team and is approachable to customers
